Staff Recognition at Harbour Manor

Harbour Manor in Felixstowe is delighted to announce the launch of our ‘Staff Recognition of the Month’ award, celebrating the dedication and exceptional service provided by our team. This month, the award has been joyously presented to Michelle Carter, an invaluable member of our Housekeeping team.

Michelle has been recognised by her colleagues for her consistently positive attitude. Her infectious smile brightens the day for everyone around her. Each day, Michelle demonstrates her willingness to lend a hand in any area of the care home, going beyond her regular duties to ensure the comfort and happiness of our residents.

In addition to her housekeeping responsibilities, Michelle actively participates in the home’s activities once her tasks are complete. Recently, during our Armed Forces Day event, we faced a sudden cancellation from our scheduled entertainment. Without hesitation, Michelle stepped up to save the day. Donning a uniform, she danced and entertained the residents, encouraging everyone to join in. The event turned out to be a magnificent occasion filled with laughter and joy, thanks to Michelle’s spirited performance.
