Her career began in schools and adult day centres, where she worked with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs before finding her true calling in elderly care.

With a deep commitment to honesty, equality, and compassion, Leanne believes in treating others with kindness and respect. She is dedicated to ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care, creating welcoming, supportive environments where both residents and staff thrive.

Steven Keen (Regional Training Manager for North West of England)

For the past 10 years, Steven has focused his training development in dementia care, end-of-life support, and neurological conditions, ensuring that Danforth’s staff are trained to the highest standards.
