She worked across NHS sectors, progressing to Modern Matron before moving into the care home sector. Starting as a Deputy Manager, she rapidly transformed a home from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Outstanding'. In 2020, she successfully commissioned a new care home during COVID-19, achieving full occupancy in under two years.
Now a Regional Support Manager, Jan is passionate about developing teams, enhancing care standards, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality care across Norfolk.
Rich joined Danforth in 2024, bringing a diverse career spanning social work, hospitality, and entertainment. From managing hotels and theatres to working on cruise ships and radio, his experience is as varied as it is valuable.
Returning to health and social care 15 years ago, Rich has held leadership roles with both national providers and independent companies. Now a Regional Manager, he is passionate about supporting teams and ensuring outstanding care.
A lover of music, theatre, and the coast, Rich is just as happy with a good book at home. For him, care is all about people—and always has been.
Deborah, known as Debs, joined Danforth Care Homes in February 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in the care sector. For more than 15 years, she has been dedicated to training staff at all levels, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care.
As the Regional Learning & Development Manager for the Anglian region, Debs is passionate about helping individuals grow in their roles.
