Lisa Harding (Regional Manager for Lincolnshire

Lisa joined Danforth Care Homes in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the care sector. Having progressed from Personal Carer to Senior Management, she is passionate about delivering excellence and mentoring staff to help them grow. With qualifications including NVQ Levels 2, 3, and 4, and a Level 5 Business Management Award, Lisa has extensive expertise in Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Supported Living Services.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys art, fashion, and family time with her husband, mother, and nieces. She also has a love for shoes, handbags, and finding the perfect bargain!

Dean Bristow (Regional Training Manager for Lincolnshire)

Dean joined Danforth Care Homes in February 2023, bringing over 15 years of experience in the care sector. He has worked as a Group Trainer and Regional Trainer in the private sector, including roles with BUPA and Burlington Care. A member of Back Exchange and an ARJO ergonomic coach, Dean is committed to delivering high-quality, impactful training.

As Regional Learning & Development Manager for Lincolnshire, Dean believes in training that goes beyond knowledge—inspiring and empowering staff. Guided by Maya Angelou’s words, he ensures that learning isn’t just remembered but truly felt.
