This week at Sid Bailey began with a lively 'Back to School Day.' In the morning, residents and staff participated in a music lesson, creating a joyful atmosphere.
The afternoon was filled with fun sports activities, including hoopla, bowling, and egg and spoon races, with everyone thoroughly enjoying themselves. Some staff even dressed up in school uniforms and headmistress outfits, much to the delight of the residents.
With the weather being gorgeous, we made the most of it by spending ample time outdoors, enjoying drinks, snacks,
and good music.
A special highlight of the week was celebrating George's 89th birthday. George, his dear wife, and other residents
enjoyed a lovely cake made by our chef, marking the occasion with joy and togetherness.
On Saturday afternoon, Alan Marsh visited and entertained all the residents with a sing-along and dance session,
bringing smiles and laughter to everyone. It has been a week of fun, celebration, and cherished memories at Sid
Bailey.
