The beginning of the week saw an innovative introduction of a new Thursday lunchtime offer. This gift is specifically for social and healthcare professionals, enhancing their connection with the community and neighbours.
Every Thursday, the residents look forward to an afternoon of excitement at the community centre's bingo event. This week was particularly special as one of our residents triumphed as a lucky winner, sparking laughter and celebration among friends. Adding to the week's excitement, several residents enjoyed a cinematic experience watching the classic James Bond film "Octopussy," a delightful escape into the world of 007.
A lively Friday promised physical well-being and fun. The morning kicked off with an enthusiastic Box Fit class led by Bailey, encouraging everyone to get their heart rates up and enjoy some morning exercise. Later, Laura enriched the afternoon with a soothing Tai Chi session, offering a balance between energy and relaxation.
The week concluded on a high note with a cheerful games afternoon. Residents came together to enjoy a variety of entertaining games, fostering friendships and community spirit in a supportive environment.
