Primrose House Hosts a Week of Community Engagement and Fun Activities
Primrose House welcomed the local community with a sophisticated Cheese & Wine evening last week. Residents, staff, and visitors mingled, enjoying a delightful selection of cheeses and wines. The event was a resounding success, featuring a singer who had everyone up on their feet dancing.
Later in the week, residents and staff celebrated World Poetry Day by sharing their favourite poems over a cup of tea. Some residents even attempted to write their own poems, fostering creativity and a sense of camaraderie.
To relive some childhood nostalgia, residents and staff gathered in the lounge to create the longest line of dominoes they could. Despite the challenge, the activity was filled with laughter and brought back fond memories for many.
The week at Primrose House was marked by community engagement, creativity, and fun, showcasing the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of the home.
