Care Home Open Week!
Danforth Care Homes will be participating in Care Home Open Week, taking place from June 24th to June 30th! During this special week, all of our care homes will be opening their doors to the community, inviting everyone to come and discover the care and lifestyle that defines life at Danforth.
This year, our theme for Care Home Open Week is "I Do It My Way," focusing on each resident's unique journey when they move into Danforth Care and how we are committed to helping our residents maintain their independence and individuality, empowering them to live life on their terms.
