Sid Bailey kicked off the week with a delightful new activity, welcoming April for a "Musical Moments" class that residents thoroughly enjoyed. Taking advantage of the pleasant weather, the community spent as much time outdoors as possible, soaking up the sun and fresh air.
The week continued with a famous speech quiz to start the day, followed by the return of Alison and her much-loved crochet club. The home also celebrated Connie’s birthday, adding an extra touch of joy to the day.
Residents took a trip to the local community centre for a game of bingo, where one lucky resident walked away a winner. Later in the week, a cinema afternoon featured the classic James Bond film "Live and Let Die," which was a hit with everyone.
The week concluded with a special celebration for National Friendship Day. Friends and family were invited to join the party, where Kevin Kitchin returned to entertain with his wonderful singing. The event was complete with a refreshing spread of fruit platters, mocktails, and Bucks Fizz, creating a joyful atmosphere that brought everyone together.
