Wildlife Wonders Delight Residents at Broadlands Lodge
Residents at Broadlands Lodge in Norwich were treated to an enchanting experience as they celebrated World Wildlife Day with a host of fascinating animal visitors. Thanks to Kate from Wild Encounter Events, the day was filled with awe and learning as residents interacted with a delightful menagerie of creatures.
The highlight was undoubtedly Darwin, an Orange Winged Amazon Parrot, whose vibrant colours and cheerful chatter made everyone smile. Joining him was Pepe, a friendly skunk, who charmed the crowd with his gentle nature. Shelly, a Giant African Land Snail, captured curiosity with her impressive size, while Ash, a majestic Barn Owl, commanded attention with his graceful presence. Adding a unique touch was a beautiful Leaf Insect, which intrigued everyone with its delicate form.
The visit allowed residents to learn more about these incredible animals, sparking conversations and memories. The joy and wonder on the residents' faces spoke volumes about the day's success. Broadlands Lodge is committed to providing such enriching experiences that enhance the wellbeing and happiness of its residents. Here's to many more days of discovery and delight at Broadlands Lodge!
