What a fun-filled Saturday morning it was with a Teddy Bear’s Picnic at Barton Manor! True to the manor's style, a delightful bear mascot made a surprise appearance, spreading joy and laughter to all. The children were captivated by the bear’s playful antics, and it was heartwarming to see the smiles that lit up the faces of the residents.
The main lawn was adorned with colorful picnic blankets and adorable teddy bears, creating the perfect setting for a morning of fun and bonding. Everyone indulged in special treats, with the aroma of freshly baked pastries adding to the cheerful atmosphere. It was hard to say who enjoyed the picnic more—the children with their giggles and excitement, or the residents, who clearly cherished the lively company.
Later in the day, everyone was treated to a spectacular performance by The Purple Ladies. Their fantastic singing filled the garden with melodies that had everyone tapping their feet and clapping along. Old favorites and timeless classics brought back fond memories for many, making the day even more special.
