Rossendale House are bringing the community together!
Rossendale House Care Home has teamed up with Burnley Together in an incredible effort to help those in the community who are in need.
The care home has been raising money from stalls and raffles, and today they have generously donated a uniform donation bin and a food bin to the site. Dependents of Burnley Together couldn’t be happier.
Leanne, the Care Home Manager of Rossendale House Care Home, stated: “This is an amazing gesture, and it’s the first time we’ve done anything like this. We hope it will inspire others to also get involved.”
The donation bin and the food bin will be located at the Rossendale House Care Home Café Bar, making it easily accessible for those who need it. The uniform donation bin will be collecting school uniforms clothes, which will be given out to those in need.
Kelly Preston, Front of House Manager at Rossendale House Cafe Bar, said: “I’m so happy that we’ve been able to help the community in this way. We are dedicated to making a difference and this is another great way for us to do that.”
The donations provided by Rossendale House Care Home will prove to be invaluable to those in need. At a time when people are struggling more than ever, these donations will be life changing.
The manager of Burnley Together, Leanne said: “We are so delighted to be a part of this amazing initiative and are so grateful for Rossendale House Care Home’s support. We are confident these donations will have a great impact on those in need.”
The donation bins and food bin will remain at Rossendale House Cafe Bar for the foreseeable future and Burnley Together are encouraging more people to get involved. With the help of the community, a lasting difference can be made.
