On July 23rd, Primrose House celebrated National Gorgeous Grandma Day, a special occasion dedicated to honouring grandparents and giving them their moment in the spotlight. The event was a heartfelt tribute to the incredible grandmothers who inspire with their wisdom, strength, and unwavering support. Recognizing the immense value of grandparents and their rich life stories, Primrose House ensured the celebration was one to remember.
To mark the day, a live singer performed hits from the 1920s through to the present day, providing the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of dancing and joy. Residents and staff joined in the festivities, with Brenda and Angela showcasing superb dancing moves. The celebration included a glass of wine and a variety of refreshments, making it a truly delightful and fun-filled afternoon for everyone involved.
