At Old Norse Lodge, the lovely residents and dedicated staff members came together to celebrate Mother's Day in a memorable and heartwarming manner. The day was dedicated to honouring the cherished mothers within the community, including both residents and staff members.
To mark the occasion, the ladies in their care were treated to a pampering session, indulging in well-deserved relaxation, and receiving beautiful flowers as tokens of appreciation. The atmosphere was filled with love and gratitude as everyone came together to recognize the invaluable role of mothers in their lives.
In addition to the festivities, residents engaged in crafting activities throughout the week, channelling their creativity into painting flower plaques. These artistic endeavours provided an opportunity for self-expression and joyous collaboration among residents and staff.
The spirit of generosity was also evident with a visit from a representative of their local Tesco Supermarket, Jenny, who brought a generous donation for the residents in preparation for Easter. The thoughtful gesture brought smiles to faces and added to the sense of community spirit that permeates Old Norse Lodge.
As they continue to cherish and celebrate the special moments with their residents, these occasions serve as reminders of the bonds of love and companionship that unite everyone at Old Norse Lodge.
