Montagu Hall Residents' Week of Sunshine Activities
Last week, the residents of Montagu Hall seized every opportunity to bask in the beautiful weather, opting for outdoor activities at every turn. Their eventful week began with the eagerly anticipated visit from the nursery children, which they transformed into an outdoor playtime extravaganza. Beneath the warm rays of the sun, residents engaged in lively games with the children, with the oversized dominoes stealing the show.
Not content with just one outdoor adventure, residents chose to dine al fresco for lunch as well. With tables set up in the garden, adorned with tablecloths, the scene was set for an elegant outdoor dining experience. Staff served up residents' favourite meals alongside refreshing fruity water, ensuring a touch of sophistication amidst the natural beauty.
To add a musical flourish to the day, the new lifestyle manager, Lee, took centre stage with microphone and keyboard in hand. Serenading the residents with classic tunes, he created a delightful ambiance for them to sing along and enjoy the sunshine.
With laughter, music, and the warmth of the sun, Montagu Hall residents made the most of their outdoor escapades, creating cherished memories under the open sky.
Danforth Care Homes are currently welcoming residents, If you or a loved one wish to find out more information or come along, explore the facilities, and meet the staff, you can do so by contacting the enquiry team.
