At Harbour Manor, residents and guests enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea featuring a variety of cakes, hot drinks, and cold beverages.
The event was filled with laughter and camaraderie as everyone participated in a general knowledge quiz and a rebus puzzle, fostering a great atmosphere of friendly team competition.
Following the tea, the activities continued with a yoga session in the garden. Led by yoga teacher Lindsey, the class was tailored for those over 65 and focused on nurturing the mind, body, and soul. The sunny weather added to the enjoyment as participants stretched and relaxed in the open air.
After the class, everyone gathered in the garden room to savour a refreshing fruit platter and smoothies. Members of the public were also invited,
adding to the sense of community and making the day at Harbour Manor a truly special experience.
