Engaging with Future Talent at Felixstowe High School
Two staff members from Harbour Manor spent the morning engaging with students at Felixstowe High School's career event. They shared insights about the various job roles within the care home and highlighted how staff progression is supported through NVQs and comprehensive support. Harbour Manor offers work experience placements for year 10 students interested in health and social care or culinary arts. Chef Ellie, who recently received a fantastic promotion, now has the opportunity to teach her chef skills across the region.
