Employee of the month at Broadlands Lodge

The residents of Broadlands Lodge Care Home were delighted to hear the recent news that Charlie had been nominated for employee of the month in recognition of his hard work and dedication to the home.

Charlie has gone above and beyond in his duties, not only at Broadlands but also at Danforth. He has built up a great relationship with the residents of both homes and always leaves them with a smile on their faces.

Charlie has been at the home since March 2023 and has been an invaluable asset to the team. He is known for his outstanding dedication and commitment to his job and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the highest level of care for the residents.

One of the residents, said of Charlie: "He's one of the kindest, most helpful people I know. He's always willing to go the extra mile to help out and he always makes sure we're all taken care of."
