Coronation House Residents Enjoy a Joyous Town Outing
Residents of Coronation House Care Home in Thetford recently enjoyed a delightful trip to their local town, making the most of a crisp, sunny afternoon. The excursion began with a leisurely stroll, allowing residents to immerse themselves in the local surroundings and enjoy a refreshing change of scenery.
The highlight of the outing was a visit to Costa, where the group indulged in a cup of tea and a slice of delectable cake, savoury in its simplicity. The warmth of the drinks perfectly complemented the cheerful chatter and laughter that filled the air, creating a wonderful atmosphere of camaraderie among the residents and staff.
Following this, the group explored Kings Garden. To everyone's delight, the garden is awakening after the winter slumber, painting a picture of rejuvenation and promise. The magnificent magnolia tree, in full bloom, added a spectacle of colour to the scene, enchanting all who gazed upon its blossoms.
Experiences like these not only bring joy to the residents but are a testament to the dedicated care and attention from Coronation House staff. They understand the importance of such outings in enhancing the wellbeing of their cherished residents.
