Harbour Manor in Felixstowe recently hosted a delightful quiz afternoon, much to the enjoyment of its residents. The highlight of the event was the involvement of one of their own – a resident who previously worked as a quiz master for many years. Leveraging his experience, he helped to craft thought-provoking quiz questions and create a colourful poster to invite everyone to the event.
The quiz centred around general knowledge, sparking a flurry of excitement and animated discussions. Residents were seen laughing and sharing stories, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere. Their enthusiasm was palpable, with everyone eagerly participating and enjoying the mental challenge.
In addition to the quiz, the afternoon was complemented with an array of delicious refreshments. Residents indulged in mocktails and cocktails, paired perfectly with traditional scones topped with jam and cream. This provided a lovely finish to an already wonderful afternoon, allowing everyone to relax and socialise further.
Events like these highlight the community spirit and the joy that Harbour Manor fosters among its residents. It’s clear that Harbour Manor continues to be a place where residents can cherish meaningful experiences and create lasting memories.
