Meet Our Home Manager

Caroline has worked within the care industry for over 30 years, starting her career in the NHS and then moving into the private sector.

Caroline has gained a wealth of experience and qualifications, whilst working as a Registered Manager, in residential and dementia care homes.

Her passion lies in a holistic approach to everyone she supports, providing person centered care and support to the residents. Caroline believes that by leading by example and developing her team they will continue to provide exemplary care to the residents.

In her spare time Caroline loves to run and has completed a Half Marathon for Alzheimer’s Research.

Caroline's passion to provide outstanding care has shown through the feedback from residents and their loved ones.
