Theo Michaels, celebrated for his culinary expertise, prepared an exquisite Caribbean lunch that delighted everyone. The meal began with a tantalising Caribbean-style prawn cocktail, followed by a main course of blackened jerk haddock paired with rice and beans, callaloo, and mango salsa. For dessert, residents enjoyed a luscious Barbados banana cream. To complement the dishes, refreshing mocktails and margaritas were served, adding an extra touch of tropical flair.
