Rebecca brings over two decades of experience across both domiciliary and residential care, underpinned by a career that began in the British Army at just 16. With 11 years in domiciliary care and 10 years in care home settings, she has held a wide range of roles—including Care Coordinator, CQC Registered Manager, Director of Operations & Compliance, and National Operations Manager.

Specialising in turnaround management, Rebecca has a proven track record of transforming struggling services. One of her proudest achievements includes leading a 153-bedded multisite care home from an "Inadequate" CQC rating and near-closure to a stable "Good" across three consecutive inspections and two ownership changes. She also successfully launched a domiciliary care agency with a rare CQC TDDI (nursing regulated activity), gaining both Local Authority and CHC contracts prior to inspection—an exceptional feat in the sector.

Known for her high standards and clear expectations, Rebecca is driven by a passion for quality and sustainability in care. Outside of work, she is dedicated to dog rescue and rehabilitation, giving second chances to dogs with behavioural challenges that may otherwise have been lost.
