Paula joined Danforth in 2024.

Paula has worked in the care sector for the past 22 years. She began as a Personal Carer and advanced through roles including Senior, Deputy Manager, and Home Manager. For the past four years, she has held Senior Management positions.

Throughout her career, Paula has completed all her NVQs and accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in the sector.

She greatly enjoys visiting the homes, witnessing the excellent work and interactions between the teams and those using their services. Spending time with residents is particularly special to her, as she appreciates the many fantastic stories they have to share.

Currently, Paula's role involves supporting homes across the country by conducting Quality Assurance visits and managing and supporting quality standards for each home.

She ensures that both staff and residents know who she is, always making herself available for a chat and a cuppa.
