With over a decade of experience in Care and Retirement Living, Natalie Crampton is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people. As Customer Relations Manager, she takes great pride in supporting families through their care journey and loves seeing the positive impact that life in our care home has on residents and their loved ones. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travelling, spending time with her large family, and caring for her two beloved pet pigs, Frazzles and Crackles.
