Martin joined Danforth in 2024.
Martin is the Regional Learning and Development Manager for the Central region. With over 10 years of experience in the Health and Social Care Sector, he has primarily focused on delivering training in all aspects of healthcare.
His journey in the field has seen him transition from roles such as Gardener and Maintenance Operative to Manager and Lead Trainer for a large care company with homes across the UK.
Outside of work, Martin's passion lies with his hometown football club, Wolverhampton Wanderers, where he has been a season ticket holder for over 45 years.
He is thrilled to have joined such a dedicated group and looks forward to supporting the Danforth Team on their journey.
