Leanne's professional journey began in schools and Adult care day centres, where she provided support to adults with learning disabilities and Profound & Multiple needs. However, it was in Elderly Care that she discovered her true calling. Leanne holds values such as honesty, equality, kindness, compassion, and treating others the way she wants to be treated close to her heart. Helping those in need is a guiding principle that she consistently incorporates into her personal and professional life.
