Keeley holds an LLB Law degree and a PGCE, with a diverse professional background spanning social care, construction, automotive, and utilities. She has over 12 years of experience in HR and is CIPD qualified, with additional expertise in payroll, compliance (including ISO certification), and training.
Having worked in care since 2013, Keeley is passionate about supporting both residents and staff. Her dedication to people-focused work is what draws her to the social care sector. A qualified Mental Health First Aider, Keeley brings a compassionate and well-rounded approach to every role she undertakes.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, cheering on Leeds United, and spending time with her children.
