Karol is the Regional Learning and Development Manager for the South Region at Danforth Care Homes.
Karol was born in Czechoslovakia. Before he came to the UK, he studied Technology and patent law. He was working in different countries / various job positions.
Karol started his care experience in 2005 as a Carer / Team Leader for Suffolk County Council, later he became a Group Trainer for Care UK and Deputy, then Training Manager at Trinity Care. During this period, Karol developed his knowledge, skills and found a strong passion for this work.
Karol’s training is inspired by the words of Albert Einstein “Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death.”
