Karen joined Danforth in April 2023. Karen has over 40 years’ experience, starting as a care assistant and steadily developing her skillset to become a Regional Manager.
Karen is a Regional Manager at Danforth, working in her portfolio of homes to develop strong governance systems and outstanding quality outcomes. Karen is excited to have joined at the start of the Danforth journey, her portfolio will include 4 homes all in the commissioning stage. Karen’s passion for achieving quality outcomes is a perfect fit for Danforth. Karen will consider her role a success when she sees her team working cohesively to achieve the same outcomes.
Away from work Karen enjoys nothing more than a walk in the countryside or reading a book and relaxing on the coast. Karen has an interest in art and music.
