With over 10 years’ experience leading in the care sector, Joanna is passionate about good quality care, team development and mental health.
Joanna is Operations Director at Danforth Care Homes and has a proven track record, out of a portfolio of over 60 care homes, she was the first manager of her company to achieve an overall outstanding with the Care Quality Commission. On top of this Joanna held the Home Manager of the year award for 4 years consecutively.
Joanna’s commitment to education allows her to have extensive clinical knowledge, including qualifications in tissue viability, and wound management whilst, also holding a higher diploma in employment law. Joanna is also a certified Mindful Cognitive Behaviour specialist with national delivery experience.
