Jessica Blythe
Chief of Staff
Jess has worked closely with the CEO for over 7 years and has developed an extensive amount of knowledge in operating a successful care home operation. Her most recent role under the CEO was Administrative Director, which had developed from being an Executive Assistant. Throughout her journey she has grown a passion for the business we operate.
Jess is Chief of Staff at Danforth Care Homes. Jess’s duties range from ensuring we have the right number of team members within our homes to assisting with new commissions, CQC registrations, insurance procurement and utilities management.
Jess believes we are different to other providers and goes the extra mile to ensure our residents are provided with luxury environments, allowing residents to take risks and relive previous hobbies to regain their independence.
