Francis joined Danforth in November 2022.
Francis is a Recruitment Manager for Danforth Care Homes who has been working in the care industry for the past 2 years. Originally starting his career as an English teacher in Italy, Francis progressed to senior teacher, head of department and finally didactic manager in Seoul, Korea. After a decade working abroad, he returned to the UK to be closer to his friends and family.
Francis brings the skills he learnt managing students and staff at private schools, which included recruiting and training, to the fantastic team at Danforth. He is passionate about people and strives to be a warm and welcoming introduction to the Danforth family and for any potential staff members.
