Deborah, who likes to be known as Debs has held numerous roles in the care sector for the last 25 years. For the over 15 years Debs has dedicated her time in training staff at all levels ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
Debs is the Regional Learning and Development Manager for the Anglian Region at Danforth Care Homes.
Debs is passionate about her role and brings out the best in people during her sessions, making them fun and interactive. Debs is always open to new ideas and encourages those attending to provide feedback.
