Dean joined Danforth in February 2023.
Dean has over 15 years’ experience working within the care sector which included working in the private sector as a Group Trainer and Regional Trainer, primarily for BUPA and Burlington Care. Dean is a member of the Back Exchange and a member of the ARJO ergonomic coach team which delivers the train the trainer qualification.
Dean is the Regional Learning and Development Manager for the Yorkshire Region at Danforth Care Homes.
Dean’s training is inspired by the words of Maya Angelou. “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
