Dan has over 20 years of experience working in the Care Sector. During this 20-year career Dan has covered nearly every job role within a care home.
Dan is the Facilities Manager at Danforth Care Homes, working closely with home managers, maintenance managers and outside contractors to ensure the home is safe and presented to the highest standard for the residents living with us.
Dan believes that everyone associated with our care homes should have a deep and compassionate understanding of our residents and residents’ family.
