Amy has worked within the care sector for over 9 years. As a Customer Relations Manager, she oversees the Care enquiries coming into Danforth Care homes and works closely with Home Managers to ensure our enquirers receive an outstanding experience.
Amy also supports with community engagement and promotes the importance of building long lasting relationships within the home’s communities. She is a great believer in providing outstanding customer service and uses her excellent communication skills to cascade this ethos to the care teams within our homes, in turn creating caring and compassionate environments throughout.
