Open Day at Broadlands Lodge Care Home and Meet our Manager Tamara

Broadlands Lodge Care Home, Postwick, is delighted to announce the appointment of Tamara Crosswell as their new Care Home Manager. With just under 16 years of experience in adult social care, Tamara has worked her way up to high-level management, bringing a wealth of practical experience and knowledge.

For the past 7 years, Tamara has worked for Castlemeadow Care, where in 2021 she was awarded the Top 20 Care Home in the East of England. Tamara’s philosophy is to ensure all residents come first and are encouraged to live their lives to the fullest.

Broadlands Lodge Care Home is proud to have Tamara on their team and is looking forward high quality of care that she will bring to the home and its residents, incorporating “Danforth Values into the home every time”.

As part of her introduction, Broadlands Lodge Care Home is hosting an Open Day on April 4th from 13:00-16:00, where guests can explore the luxury facilities, enjoy musical entertainment, and sample some complimentary drinks and canapes made by the brilliant catering team at Broadlands Lodge.
