In March, Heatherton House introduced a new initiative called 'Lunch on the Go' as a token of appreciation for our dedicated health and social care workers. Recognising the demanding nature of their work, we understand that they may not always have time for a proper meal. Therefore, we decided to offer a complimentary lunch option consisting of a sandwich, crisps or fruit, and coffee or water.
This initiative, which is available every Tuesday and Thursday, has been well received by our health and social care workers, providing them with a convenient and nutritious meal option during their busy schedules. It's an excellent way to promote health and well-being among our hardworking staff members, ensuring they have the energy and sustenance they need to continue their vital work.
Danforth Care Homes are currently welcoming residents, If you or a loved one wish to find out more information or come along, explore the facilities, and meet the staff, you can do so by contacting the enquiry team.
