Heath Lodge Celebrates Staff Excellence on Second Anniversary

Heath Lodge, located in the picturesque area of Holt in North Norfolk, has recently celebrated its second anniversary in grand fashion. The occasion was marked by a delightful staff award ceremony, shining a light on the dedicated team who make the care home a truly special place for residents and their families.

The award ceremony highlighted exceptional contributions from several staff members. The Above and Beyond Award was presented to Memory, recognising their unwavering commitment to excellence. Sam was honoured with the Joy Maker Award for their infectious positivity and ability to brighten the residents' days. Tracey's efforts were celebrated with the Outstanding Contribution Award, applauding her impact on the home's success.

Kevin received the Innovation Award for his fresh ideas and creative solutions, while Resmi was acknowledged with the Learning and Development Award for her commitment to personal and professional growth. Lily's eagerness to embark on her care journey was rewarded with the New to Care Award. Sue was celebrated with the Putting People First Award for her dedication to each resident's individual needs.

The Working Together Award went to Debbie, who exemplifies teamwork and collaboration. Dee was celebrated for her Kindness and Compassion, qualities that define Heath Lodge’s ethos. Lastly, the Residents' Choice Award was bestowed upon Kathryn, an accolade chosen by those who experience her care first-hand.

General Manager Hazel expressed immense pride in the team, stating, “I am so proud of the whole team at Heath Lodge and it was wonderful to see some of those individuals being recognised.
