Green Thumb Adventures and Sunny Garden Competitions at Primrose House
Primrose House was bustling with activity as residents immersed themselves in gardening endeavours and friendly outdoor competitions, taking full advantage of the sunny weather.
During the week, residents showed off their green thumbs by planting a variety of herbs in pots, with the goal of a bountiful harvest over the summer months. Their aim was to contribute freshly grown herbs to the kitchen, enhancing the flavour of meals with their homegrown produce.
As the sun graced Primrose House with its warm presence, residents and staff eagerly ventured outdoors to tend to the garden. They joyfully transferred the potted herbs into flower beds, nurturing them under the open sky. The garden became a vibrant tapestry of colours and fragrances, reflecting the residents' dedication to cultivating.
To add an extra layer of excitement, residents and staff divided into two teams, red versus blue, engaging in a series of friendly competitions.
Through gardening and outdoor competitions, residents at Primrose House found solace and joy in nature's embrace, savouring the simple pleasures of communal activities under the radiant sun.
