Engaging Activities and Community Spirit at Old Norse Lodge
At Old Norse Lodge, it's been a week filled with delightful activities and community engagement, ensuring our residents feel valued and connected.
One of the highlights was our baking session, where residents, staff, and even family members came together to make delicious muffins. The aroma of freshly baked goods filled the air, and the joy of baking together created lasting memories for everyone involved.
In addition to culinary adventures, our residents were treated to some pampering at the hairdressers. There's nothing quite like a new hairstyle or a relaxing grooming session to lift spirits and boost confidence.
Community involvement is an integral part of life at Old Norse Lodge, and this week was no exception. One of our residents took the initiative to assist our lifestyle assistant in taking our in-house little shop around on the trolley. This thoughtful service ensures that residents have access to essentials right at their doorstep, promoting convenience and independence.
These activities not only provide enjoyment and stimulation but also foster a sense of camaraderie and belonging among our residents. Whether it's baking together, enjoying a pampering session, or lending a helping hand, every interaction contributes to the vibrant tapestry of life at Old Norse Lodge.
As we continue to prioritise engagement and community spirit, we look forward to more moments of joy, connection, and shared experiences in the days ahead.
