Coronation House Celebrates New Life with Sage & Onion
The residents of Coronation House, Thetford, are abuzz with excitement as they welcome a delightful new addition to their community. On the 15th of April, the care home received seven eggs in an incubator, sparking joy and anticipation among everyone. As the incubator worked its magic, the residents gathered to witness the wonder of new life, and by late evening, the first chick, affectionately named Sage&Onion, made its appearance.
This charming event has brought joy and a sense of togetherness to the residents. Teresa, one of the dedicated staff members, gently guided the fluffy newcomer in discovering where to find food, while Adele ensured that Sage&Onion knew how to quench its thirst. Both residents and staff are eagerly awaiting the hatching of the remaining eggs, keen for Sage&Onion to have more feathery friends.
The presence of the new chick has infused Coronation House with a warmth and liveliness, proving once again the care home's dedication to creating a nurturing and joyful environment for its residents. It’s a place where life is fully embraced and every opportunity to bring smiles is cherished. The anticipation of new life in the air speaks to the heart of this wonderful care community.
